Key of Hope is our annual fundraising gala and award ceremony. This year we are asking you to "Stay at Home for HomeAgain" and join us on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 7:00pm from the comfort of your own home to help us celebrate!

STARTER COURSE

Pickled Shrimp Cocktail- Served with bloody mary cocktail sauce

Classic Charcuterie Board

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms- Silver dollar mushrooms stuffed with lump crab and topped with garlic aioli

 MAIN COURSE

Entrees- Choose one

Cast Iron Seared Salmon (GF)- Lightly seasoned salmon served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Slow Braised Boneless Short Ribs (GF)- Boneless short ribs slow braised in red wine, demi-glace, and mirepoix. Topped with au jus. Served with beet & cauliflower puree and bacon parmesan brussels sprouts. 

Mediterranean Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms- Portobello mushrooms loaded with sauteed spinach, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, red onions and tomatoes. Topped with feta cheese and finished with a balsamic reduction. 

DESSERT

Assorted Dessert Box- Assorted chocolate truffles, mini cheesecake bites and assorted tarts
